Though I have not yet done travel writing, I do plan to. I am excited over the prospect. It will be fun to see new places, photograph them, and then write about what I see and do.
What do you think? Would you want to have such adventures?
Think about it:
What fun it would be to choose a state, travel it, and experience its culture(s). Seeing the sites, staying at out-of-the-way bed and breakfasts, eating at local restaurants. Learning about the people and places, and attending local events would further the experience.
How interesting it would be to travel to different countries.
If you travel, consider having your own website. Sell photographs and books about your experience. Share what you learn with others.
Write a series of ‘travel’ articles based in your state. Sell them.
